Company overview
Nightclub extraordinaire Joe Delaney has teamed up with SMAC Entertainment
partners to create and introduce Klutch into the Miami nightlife scene, in
the heart of South Beach. Occupying the space formerly known as Prive/Opium
Garden in the South of Fifth, the 26,000 square foot nightclub was created
with the mantra of serving each patron with the utmost in hospitality,
striving to offer a level of comfort that has yet to be seen in any other
Miami nightclub. Klutch distinguishes itself in Miami by nature of its size
and capacity. Following the small and intimate nightlife trend in recent
years, Klutch mixes the “super club” feel from Miami and Las Vegas with an
intimate and homey feel. In addition to four private atmospheres, each with
a distinct flavor and style, each night at Klutch will be branded by a
party, incorporating the concept that made SMAC Entertainment so well known
in the entertainment industry. [more]
Eliminating the hassle and pressure of bottle service, Klutch guests can
reserve tables with a small cocktail minimum. Klutch’s tableside mixology,
which includes an assortment of add-ins such as fruit and mint leaves,
allows guests to be more creative with their cocktails, opposed to mixing
the typical liquors with the standard fruit drinks and sodas.
Klutch’s welcoming energy is unparallel to any nightclub in Miami, paired
with impeccable service and a friendly atmosphere. Every server, bartender
and entertainment extraordinaire is waiting to serve with enjoyment, all
overseen by operational manager Lew Langer. The experience Klutch provides
brings South Beach to another level of indulgence in nightlife, with
tableside mixology ensuring each customer truly gets their money’s worth.

the small and intimate nightlife trend in recent years, Klutch mixes the

versatile events for the masses during the weekends.
Bill Spector, Partner
Bill Spector, renowned promoter, has achieved recognition for concepts that
have revolutionized the nightlife industry. Born and raised in New York,
Bill became familiar with the downtown scene at a young age. In 1988 Bill

nightclubs at the time. Working in the industry gave Bill the opportunity to
develop excellent relationships that would follow him through his entire
career. Over the years, Spector produced noteworthy events such as “Sheets
and Pillows,” “True Saturdays” at the Grand, “Together” at The Roxy, “Honey
Comb Hideout” at the Indochine, Friday at Tunnel, and “Grandville” at El
